Job Summary: We are seeking a cook for a restaurant, responsible for ingredient preparation, dish cooking, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Food preparation and cooking duties 2. Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment 3. Indefinite-term contract We are looking for a cook for a restaurant in Gijón (Asturias). Duties include cleaning, peeling, cutting, scaling, and mixing ingredients; preparing dishes and menus; and keeping the kitchen and equipment clean. A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position is required. This position offers an indefinite-term contract and full-time hours. Working days are Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:30 to 24:00, with legally mandated breaks. Salary complies with the Collective Agreement for the Hospitality Industry of the Principality of Asturias.
