You will manage and coordinate your team, maintaining contact with customers during various maintenance phases. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate your team in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, providing guidance and development, and communicating company policies, procedures, and objectives. * Ensure compliance with internal policies on Health and Safety, Quality, and Environment, emphasizing safety for all employees. * Collaborate as part of a team, providing technical advice and support to the commercial team, evaluating unit conditions and modernization works. * Monitor achievement of productivity and service quality targets, analyzing and implementing improvement actions. Material management, work organization, and customer service. **Who We Are Looking For** -------------------- Do you have a structured work approach and familiarity with the digital world, enabling you to independently organize your daily tasks? Do you enjoy completing tasks efficiently and successfully? If, in addition, you meet the following requirements: * You hold a degree in Industrial, Electrical/Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering, or possess equivalent experience. * You preferably have 2–3 years of experience in technical roles and team management. * You possess knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and hydraulics.
