Full-time schedule and permanent contract. **Loading and Unloading Assistant | Beniaján** At **Grúas Sáez S.L.**, a Spanish-origin multinational company and international benchmark in the design and manufacturing of tower cranes, self-erecting cranes, and formwork systems for construction, we are seeking two Loading and Unloading Assistants to join our logistics team, primarily responsible for loading and unloading trucks, as well as handling and organizing materials and components destined for crane manufacturing. **Responsibilities:** * Loading and unloading crane materials and components onto trucks. * Handling and placement of goods, ensuring correct distribution and secure fastening. * Support in operating loading equipment (forklift truck, overhead crane). * Preparation of orders and materials for dispatch. * Visual inspection of goods’ condition during loading and unloading. * Collaboration with the team to ensure safety and efficiency in operations. **Minimum Requirements:** * Prior experience in truck loading and unloading (industrial or metalworking environment preferred). * Forklift operator’s license and/or overhead crane experience desirable. * Basic knowledge of safety procedures in loading operations. * Teamwork capability and responsible attitude. * Availability for immediate start. **We Offer:** * Full-time schedule and permanent contract. * Stable project within a growing industrial company. * Initial on-the-job training and occupational risk prevention training. * Salary commensurate with the applicable collective agreement and candidate’s experience.
