




Job Summary: Coordination of home care teams, case supervision, and team management to ensure the comprehensive well-being and satisfaction of users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management, organization, and coordination of home care teams. 2. Case supervision and communication with users and social services. 3. Team management, incident resolution, and social reporting. Management, organization, and coordination of auxiliary home care teams, supervising the most effective ways to meet users' needs to guarantee their comprehensive well-being and full satisfaction with the service. Home visits, case supervision, and communication with staff, users, and social service representatives are conducted. Schedules are prepared; database management (continuous maintenance and updating) is performed; incident follow-up and resolution are carried out. The team is managed by responding to inquiries and requests. Social reports are prepared; protocols are implemented; group coordinations and meetings with management are organized. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 15:00, with one day extended until 21:00 and the possibility of one remote workday per week. Weekly working hours total 37. Temporary contract with potential for stabilization. Work location: San Martín and San Andreu (Barcelona). * Degree in Social Work, Social Education, or Psychology. * Certificate of absence of sexual offenses. * Proficiency in computer tools and database management. * Training related to promoting equality, as well as courses on elderly care, patient care, patient mobilization, etc., will be positively considered.
