The role targets professionals with experience in **technical leadership**, innovation project management, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams, with a strong results orientation and focus on developing advanced solutions in the field of **military cyberdefense**. **What will you do?** * Ensure **technical and strategic alignment** with the **product architect**, guaranteeing proper product evolution and technological strategy development. * Support **project development planning**, as well as **backlog management**, in agile environments. * Functionally coordinate and lead **multidisciplinary technical teams**, monitoring project progress and daily development activities. * Assist in **effort, resource, and risk management**, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Manage **deliverables, milestones, and work plans**, ensuring achievement of objectives, deadlines, and quality standards. * Ensure the **definition and creation of designs, prototypes, and proof-of-concept demonstrations**, aligned with reference architectures and the unit’s technological strategy. * Participate in **technological innovation projects**, staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in cyberdefense. * Coordinate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders—both technical and non-technical—in national and international contexts. **✅ Requirements** **Mandatory** * ✅ Experience in **technical leadership roles** within innovation projects. * ✅ Strong **organizational, planning, and decision-making skills**. * ✅ Experience in **risk, resource, and conflict resolution management**. * ✅ Results orientation and accountability for commitments made. * ✅ Experience working with **multidisciplinary teams**. * ✅ Degree in **Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field**. * ✅ **Advanced English**, both spoken and written. **➕ Preferred Qualifications** * ➕ Prior experience in **management or technical leadership positions**. * ➕ Knowledge of **cybersecurity and emerging technologies**. * ➕ Experience in projects funded by the **European Commission (H2020 / Horizon Europe, FP7, EDF)**, **NATO**, national funds, or similar programs. * ➕ Orientation toward the **military cyberdefense market**. * ➕ Postgraduate education (Master’s or PhD). * ➕ **Negotiation skills**, and clear, effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences. * ➕ Experience in **agile work environments**. * ➕ Immediate availability. **What are we looking for in you?** We seek a candidate who is: * Proactive, analytical, and problem-solving oriented. * Innovative-minded with strategic vision. * Capable of technically leading complex teams and projects. * Interpersonally skilled, with ability to build consensus. * Committed to quality, innovation, and the real-world impact of developed solutions.
