We are seeking a Technical Lead Frontend specialized in Angular to join a highly relevant technological project. The selected candidate will provide technical leadership for frontend solution development, participate in architecture definition, and ensure implementation of sound development practices within the team. The position is based in Barcelona under a hybrid work model—working some days remotely from home and others on-site at the office, where you can build meaningful synergies with your team. It is mandatory to reside in Spain and hold valid Spanish work authorization. **Responsibilities** * Lead the design and development of Angular-based web applications, ensuring technical quality and solution scalability. * Define frontend development standards, code reviews, testing strategies, and engineering best practices. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for backend service integration and application architecture evolution. * Participate in technology decision-making, resolution of complex incidents, and technical support to the development team. **Key Responsibilities** * Design frontend architectures using Angular and TypeScript. * Provide technical coordination to the frontend development team, promoting quality standards and continuous improvement. * Oversee API and backend service integration. **Requirements****Mandatory** * Experience as a technical reference or technical lead for frontend development teams. * Residence in Barcelona or availability to work in a hybrid model with onsite client attendance. * English proficiency level B2\. * Knowledge and experience in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web application development. * Generative AI knowledge and hands-on experience, along with practical use of AI tools relevant to the role—aligned with Accenture’s commitment to responsible and effective AI adoption. **Desirable Qualifications** * Professional experience with Java in software development projects.
