Job Summary: We are seeking a Building Construction Project Technician to execute building construction projects, manage basic and executive projects, design architecture, and perform BIM modeling. Key Responsibilities: * Executing building construction projects in general and logistics-related projects. * Managing non-residential basic and executive projects. * Designing and calculating architectural disciplines. * Performing measurements and cost estimates. * Managing official approval procedures for projects with relevant authorities. * Ensuring adherence to project phases, specifications, and quality standards. * Performing BIM modeling for the architectural discipline based on requirements. Required Experience: * Minimum of 3 years’ experience executing similar projects. Requirements: * Proven experience in project development. Prior experience in logistics, office buildings, and industrial facilities is desirable. * Education: Architecture degree. * Familiarity with AUTOCAD and BIM software is advantageous. * Advanced level of English.
