This mission aims to support the transition from a monolithic architecture to a distributed, service-oriented architecture to modernize the platform and improve team productivity. This technical challenge offers a unique opportunity to design high-performance and scalable systems in an agile and international environment. **Responsibilities** * Design and develop robust and scalable backend microservices * Participate in the migration from monolithic architecture to distributed systems * Ensure code quality by producing clean and well-organized code * Collaborate with teams to manage service deployments and maintenance * Optimize application performance and scalability ### **Required Profile** **Required Profile** * Experienced and autonomous candidate capable of handling technical scaling in a fintech environment. + 7+ years of experience in backend engineering + Proficiency in **Python, FastAPI, and Kubernetes** + Strong expertise in **system design and microservices architecture** + Experience with **distributed systems and event-driven architecture**
