We envision a better-connected world where we can work smarter—for businesses, people, and the planet. * We Are Looking For: Content Marketing Junior At Gamma, we are looking for someone to join our team as a Content Marketing Junior at our offices in Cerdanyola del Vallès (Barcelona), under a hybrid work model. Your Impact at Gamma (What You’ll Do) Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, your mission will be to create and manage creative digital content for B2B audiences, strengthening our brand presence: * Social Media & Blog B2B: Developing content calendars and social media posts for corporate channels, as well as SEO-optimized articles for our blog. * Customer Communications: Drafting newsletters, press releases, and communications for existing customers. * Marketing Team Support: Designing sales presentations, success stories, and supporting materials for end customers. * International Collaboration: Adapting and translating English-language marketing materials in coordination with global marketing teams for the local Spanish market. * Corporate Events: Providing logistical and content support for organizing and managing internal and external events alongside the Channel Marketing team. * Creative Design: Creating and adapting branded creatives and materials for brochures, presentations, and communication campaigns (using existing templates and brand guidelines). What We’re Looking For in You * Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields. * Writing Skills: Excellent writing, spelling, and tone-adaptation skills in both Spanish and Catalan. * Languages: Advanced English (spoken and written) to coordinate daily with international teams. * Digital Tools: Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar) and familiarity with email marketing platforms. * Attitude: Creative, proactive profile with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn within a dynamic structure. * Experience: Prior internship or similar role experience is valued.
