As a Technical Lead, you will **drive the technical strategy and execution of complex electrical power distribution projects**, primarily for data centers, ensuring resilient, scalable, and high\-availability solutions that meet customer expectations while safeguarding quality, cost, schedule, and compliance from design through final acceptance. **Your main responsibilities:** * **Lead the technical scope of the project and act as the single point of contact for all technical matters.** * **Ensure customer technical requirements** a**re met in terms of performance, quality, cost, and schedule.** * **Coordinate a multidisciplinary technical team** composed of engineers and designers. * **Manage technical risks** and oversee the interface between the project team and the customer. * **Supervise** design, implementation, testing, and final acceptance of the technical solutions. * **Lead technical discussions with the customer** and secure approval of the proposed solutions. * **Coordinate technical implementation activities** **with factories and suppliers** through to project completion. * Manage subcontracted portions of the project in close collaboration with the procurement team. * Contribute to the technical leadership community and support continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** * Master’s degree in **Electrical Engineering or a related field.** * **Minimum of 5 years of experience leading the technical scope of projects.** * **Minimum of 5 years of experience within the relevant application domain** (electrical power distribution / mission\-critical infrastructure). * **Solid experience in medium\- and low\-voltage electrical systems.** * **Ability to interpret and apply relevant international technical standards (IEC, IEEE).** * Knowledge of engineering tools such as ETAP and EPLAN (considered a plus, not mandatory). * **English: B2/C1** level required (essential for coordination and communication with international clients and teams).
