The **Field Service Engineer** provides scientific/technical service to systems and solutions installed at customer sites, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness in each assigned activity: installations, preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance, and modifications. Ensures that the service provided generates competitive advantage, becoming the key differentiator in Roche’s value proposition and achieving optimal levels of customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**: * Achieve and maintain excellent operational performance across all assigned solutions (including instruments, reagents, and software) by properly executing procedures for preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance, installations, and modifications, while training users on proper handling and usage. * Establish and maintain an excellent level of communication, follow-up, and proactive collaboration with the customer, informing them of reagent and quality control updates and implementing new protocols. * Report all activities in the CRM system, whether performed remotely or on-site, ensuring accurate documentation of the technical characteristics of customer installations and updating them as required, according to the organization's defined quality reporting standards. * Work closely with the Sales team to address customer needs and support the sale of solutions and service offerings. **Required Competencies**: * Leadership and communication * Teamwork * In-depth knowledge of Roche’s product and/or service portfolio * Stakeholder management and organizational awareness * Customer orientation.
