Administrative Officer (HR) Residential Center for Children and Youth - Girona
Intress needs to hire an **Administrative Officer** (with HR experience)**,** to cover an **IT leave replacement,** at our CRAE *Vega*, located in **Riudarenes, Girona.**
The **CRAE service** is a residential center for the care and education of children and adolescents (from 0 to 18 years old) who are subject to placement measures. Its objective is to respond to educational and assistance situations and needs that require technical specialization in their care and education as an alternative to their family of origin.
The selected candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks related to the proper functioning of the service.
***What will you do?***
* **Phone support** related to the center.
* **Internal contract processing,** including staff hiring and termination, by communicating directly with Intress's personnel management department.
* **Administrative support for the service and general support** (sending documentation, controlling and managing supplies, recording various incidents).
* **Control and processing** of the service cash fund, monthly invoicing to the relevant administration.
* **Management of documentation** related to the service.
* **Procurement management** related to the center itself.
* **Management of invoice, delivery note, receipt, budget, and expense tracking for the center.** This is managed through Intranet systems (CRM, Sinergia, accounting apps, petty cash closure, CAPTIO, tickets, weekly cash withdrawals from the bank, etc.).
* **Monitor payments and collections** (via CRM, one-time payments, DGPPIA, etc.).
* **Archiving** of documentation, either digital or physical.
* **Maintain up-to-date databases and documentation** regarding center users to enable daily activity records and preparation of requested documents.
* **Support in preparing audits or financial justifications** before public administrations (e.g., Service Report).
* **Assist the center’s management** in matters related to inspections by relevant authorities, and in implementing and executing PRL, LOPD, and Quality protocols.
* Other **support functions** related to maintenance issues, IT, supplies, etc.
* Other duties specific to the professional category, as determined by service coordination.

***What do we expect from you?***
**Required academic qualifications:**
* Higher Vocational Training in Administrative Management (or accreditation of professional competencies).
* Valued experience in administrative procedures and customer service.
**Required professional experience:**
* At least 1 year performing tasks related to staff hiring and termination.
* Administrative management of personnel.
**Required knowledge:**
* Strong writing and organizational skills.
* Training and knowledge in personnel management, recruitment, payroll.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
* Willingness to learn.
* Communication skills.
* Knowledge of management tools (basic accounting, personnel management).
