We are a company specialized in audiovisual services and simultaneous interpretation for conferences, corporate and institutional events, operating both nationally and internationally. With over 30 years of experience, we manage complex technical projects for clients across various sectors and maintain offices and warehouses in Barcelona and Madrid. We are currently seeking to hire a Production Department support staff member who will work alongside an already established team, providing support across various areas of operational and administrative management. The Production Department manages, among other responsibilities: \- Monitoring and validation of personnel expenses, working hours, and employment documentation \- Comprehensive occupational health and safety (PRL) management \- Preparation of documentation for public and private tenders \- Preparation, submission, and follow-up of client quotations \- Management of client platforms \- Logistical coordination of projects \- Shipment and customs management \- Control and coordination of vehicles and technical equipment \- Direct liaison with suppliers, clients, and technical teams in an international setting \- Production support and operational coordination of events The successful candidate will support a portion of these tasks, depending on their profile, experience, and progression within the team.
