This role combines executive leadership, management of high-performing engineering teams, and high-impact architectural decision-making that directly affects the organization’s scalability, innovation, and competitiveness. Responsibilities * Define and execute the technology strategy aligned with business objectives. * Lead multiple development teams (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, QA, Architecture). * Establish quality, security, and engineering best practice standards. * Oversee the design of scalable and resilient architectures. * Manage budgets, resource planning, and the technical roadmap. * Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. * Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership. * Evaluate emerging technologies and define their strategic adoption. * Ensure regulatory compliance and information security. Technical Requirements * \+8 years of software development experience. * \+4 years leading medium- or large-sized technical teams. * Experience with distributed architectures and microservices. * In-depth knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Experience with agile methodologies and technology project management. * Ability to make high-impact architectural decisions. * Experience scaling engineering teams and processes.
