Within the Economics and Finance area of Grupo Pérez Moreno — a business group with over 55 years of experience and presence across multiple sectors — we are seeking **a Sustainability and ESG Compliance Manager** to lead our sustainability strategy, ensure compliance with the European CSRD Directive, coordinate the double materiality assessment, and transform environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data into transparent, competitive advantages for our stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Lead the company’s sustainability strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
* Prepare and audit the non-financial information statement in accordance with European ESRS standards.
* Coordinate the double materiality assessment: evaluate the company’s impact on the environment and how climate-related risks financially affect the organization.
* Classify the company’s economic activities according to the EU Green Taxonomy, ensuring access to sustainable financing.
* Monitor supply chain due diligence, overseeing human rights and environmental impacts of suppliers.
* Supervise calculation of the carbon footprint (Scopes 1, 2, and 3\) and implement the net-zero transition plan.
* Ensure transparent, high-quality ESG reporting for investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
* Train executive committees and key departments (Finance, Procurement, HR) on ESG compliance matters.
* Promote a cross-organizational sustainability culture.
Position Conditions
* Permanent contract.
* Full-time employment.
* Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–16:30, with flexible start time; Friday, 08:00–14:00.
* Salary according to collective agreement, assessed based on candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Minimum Requirements
* University degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, or related field.
* Master’s degree or specialization in Corporate Sustainability / ESG.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles or ESG consulting, with demonstrable experience in sustainability reporting (GRI, CSRD).
* In-depth knowledge of the CSRD Directive, ESRS standards, and the EU Taxonomy.
* Proficiency in carbon footprint calculation tools and life cycle assessment (LCA).
* Desirable:
* + English at B1/B2 level, with ability to understand technical and regulatory content in this language.
