Joining the labor department of the management agency to support the routine labor management of self-employed individuals and small businesses, progressively participating in payroll, contracting, and Social Security procedures, with the objective of achieving technical autonomy and independent client management capability. Drafting employment contracts and communications to SEPE. Managing Social Security registrations, cancellations, and modifications. Supporting the preparation of monthly payrolls. Handling labor incidents: Temporary disabilities, leaves of absence, vacations, contract terminations. Preparing labor and administrative documentation. Addressing and resolving basic labor-related client inquiries. Organizing and maintaining digital files. Coordinating with official agencies: TGSS, INSS, SEPE.
