Full Stack philosophy and experience across multiple technology stacks are highly valued. **ARE YOU READY FOR THE CHALLENGE?** ------------------------ As a **Microsoft 365 Developer (.NET, SharePoint Online, Power Platform \& PowerShell)**, you will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining .NET-, SharePoint Online-, and Power Platform-based solutions, and ensuring automation, efficiency, and proper operation of Microsoft 365 services through advanced scripting and sound development practices within SEIDOR’s Global IT team, in the Non\-core Apps Employee Experience area — responsible for evolving the Microsoft 365 environment, governing the Power Platform, driving digital productivity, and coordinating with architecture, security, infrastructure, and global IT support. We are leaders in end-to-end application maintenance grounded in operational improvement. This includes recurring maintenance and technical/functional support services, as well as evolutionary enhancements and new developments. We cover all required layers — from conceptualization and design through to quality assurance and security validation of applications to be deployed. We champion multidisciplinary profiles and believe in the Full Stack philosophy; therefore, experience in other technology stacks — whether backend (Java, .NET, NodeJS, etc.), mobile development (iOS, Ionic, Flutter, etc.), or web (HTML\+JS\+CSS, AngularJS, etc.) — will also be positively considered. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- **.NET and Microsoft 365 Development**: * Develop applications and services using C\#/.NET Core integrated with Microsoft 365\. * Build APIs, Azure Functions, and microservices connected to SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform. * Implement integrations using Microsoft Graph and secure Azure AD endpoints. **SharePoint Online Development**: * Maintain templates, provisioning scripts, and user experience enhancements. **Power Platform**: * Build Power Apps Canvas and Model\-Driven apps, and flows in Power Automate. * Design secure data models in Dataverse. * Apply ALM practices aligned with the CoE. **PowerShell for Microsoft 365 Administration**: * Automate provisioning, configuration, and maintenance tasks. * Manage users, groups, Teams, and SharePoint using official modules. * Automate reporting, compliance, and auditing. **Integrations and Automation**: * Create reusable and secure integrations. * Replace manual processes with scalable automated solutions. **Quality and DevOps**: * Conduct testing, code reviews, and solution documentation. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * Higher vocational training or Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field. * Experience in: + C\#, .NET, and .NET Core development. + SPFx, React, TypeScript, REST/CSOM for SharePoint Online. + Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse. + Advanced PowerShell for Microsoft 365\. + Integrations via Microsoft Graph. + DevOps, Git, CI/CD. + Security models and governance in Microsoft 365\. * Knowledge of digital transformation and productivity processes. * Knowledge of enterprise process automation. * Knowledge of application and service integration within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. * Knowledge of user experience and digital workplace enhancements.
