The company TALLERS SERRA, S.L., a manufacturer of industrial machinery for the corrugated cardboard sector, located in Martorell, is seeking **a Systems and Mobile Robotics Programmer with experience in Python, Linux, and robotics**. You will join the R\+D department, participating in the development and deployment of our industrial software platforms and the AI, robotics, and automation projects the company is driving forward.
The department works on multiple parallel tracks — computer vision, mobile robotics, and plant automation — so we seek a candidate capable of transitioning between projects and taking ownership of newly emerging ones.

**Responsibilities**

**Software Development (Python and Node.js):**
* Development and maintenance of backend applications in Python and frontend applications in Node.js.
* Python programming to customize industrial systems.
* Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of software on NVIDIA Jetson Orin embedded devices running Linux.
* On-site commissioning and validation at customer plants, as well as remote diagnostics of issues.
* Code management using a version control system (Git).
**Mobile Robotics and Automation:**
* Programming and commissioning of autonomous mobile robots (AMR) for material transport within production facilities.
* Integration of robots and equipment from various manufacturers under a unified control system.
* Participation in new robotics, computer vision, and automation projects led by the department.
**Artificial Intelligence as a Working Tool:**
* Routine use of AI assistants to support programming tasks.
* Maintenance and adaptation of our proprietary AI agent framework, a fork of the open-source OpenClaw project.
**Documentation and Training:**
* Preparation of technical documentation in appropriate formats for each audience: README.md for device configuration, PDF for robot programming, Word-based customer manuals, etc.
* Structuring code and documenting its functionality using Markdown or wiki.
* Delivering training sessions to colleagues within the department.
**Knowledge and Competencies**

* Ability to solve complex technical problems and work directly with real hardware on the shop floor.
* Regular use of AI assistants for programming while retaining the ability to independently read, understand, and debug resulting code.
* Strong communication and didactic skills, as you will train colleagues and interact with suppliers.
* Autonomy in planning and prioritizing personal tasks.
* Proactive and solution-oriented individual with organizational ability and creativity to devise solutions.
**Requirements**
--------------
* **Minimum Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Automatic Control, or Robotics; or equivalent Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS).
* **Minimum Requirements:**
+ Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
+ Solid experience developing applications in Python.
+ Experience developing with Node.js and JavaScript.
+ Linux system administration: command line, services, networking, and permissions.
+ Version control using Git.
+ Experience with REST APIs and inter-system communication (MQTT, OPC UA, sockets, or similar).
+ Knowledge of design patterns, object-oriented programming, and sound software development practices.
+ Willingness to travel (up to 20% of working time).
+ Advanced Spanish and upper-intermediate English (for technical documentation and international suppliers).
* **Desirable Qualifications:**
+ Experience with NVIDIA Jetson embedded platforms (Orin, JetPack, containers).
+ Prior programming of personal or professional autonomous robots or vehicles, whether in industry, academia, or personal projects.
+ Knowledge of ROS / ROS 2\.
+ Familiarity with robot fleet managers.
+ Experience with SCADA systems.
+ Knowledge of computer vision (OpenCV, YOLO, DeepStream) or willingness to learn.
+ PLC programming knowledge (Siemens or Rockwell) or willingness to learn.
+ Experience with containers (Docker) and service deployment.
+ Database knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
+ Experience writing technical documentation and training colleagues.
+ Familiarity with agile methodologies.
+ Residence near Martorell.
+ Immediate availability.

**Working Hours**
-----------
Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, distributed as follows:
* Monday to Thursday: 07:30–13:30 and 14:15–17:00.
* Friday: 07:30–13:45.
