Historically based in Granada, the company now collaborates with renowned interior designers and architecture studios on high-end international projects across luxury hospitality, residential, and exceptional environments. **The Role** As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Business Developer & Project Manager, based in Barcelona, to support and develop the French market. You will be responsible for commercial development as well as end-to-end project management—from initial briefing through to delivery follow-up—in close coordination with internal teams. **Key Responsibilities** Commercial Development * Develop and structure a client portfolio * Actively prospect new accounts * Build a network of specifiers (interior architects, decorators, sales agents, resellers) * Retain and grow your existing portfolio * Conduct in-person meetings across the entire French territory Project Management & Coordination * Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions * Prepare customized commercial proposals aligned with product expertise * Collaborate closely with the graphic studio during pre-sales phases * Monitor projects with production teams * Coordinate internal and external stakeholders * Track orders, deadlines, and deliveries * Ensure quality of the customer experience up to final delivery Management & Reporting * Achieve defined objectives and KPIs * Provide regular reporting to senior management **Candidate Profile** * You have successfully completed your first professional experience (1–4 years) in B2B commercial development, ideally within project-oriented, specification-driven, or bespoke environments. * You are comfortable with prospecting, managing, and growing a client portfolio. * You wish to further develop your skills in client project management, working closely with internal teams (production, graphic studio, logistics). * You value long-term client relationships and know how to collaborate effectively with specifiers (architects, decorators, agents, distributors). * You are autonomous, structured, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. * You enjoy fieldwork, travel, and human interaction. * You are motivated by an evolving role with strong commercial and international dimensions. * Native or bilingual French proficiency is essential **Compensation & Career Growth** * Compensation includes a fixed annual gross salary between €24,000 and €32,000, depending on profile and experience * Uncapped commissions directly tied to commercial performance * Opportunities for role and compensation advancement based on results and commitment Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: €24,000.00 to €32,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site
