From **Oxigent Technologies**, we are selecting a **Java Programmer** to collaborate on projects related to warehouse design and material flow optimization, **based in Barcelona and surrounding areas.** You will join an international team as an IT developer, implementing software components for warehouse management, material flow optimization, and transport control, using the latest technologies and development standards. **What will your main responsibilities be?** * Design and development of extensions and customizations of computer products and warehouse management and material flow software tailored to specific clients. * Programming/coding and maintenance of functional and test code. * Execution of system and integration testing. * Deployment of developed systems at client sites. * Training end users on system usage. * Generation of technical system documentation. * Customer support during the deployment phase (typically 2\-3 weeks). * Transfer of documentation to the Life Time Services department. * Possibility of travel to client sites (Spain, approximately 10\-15% of time). **What qualifications do you need?** * Education: Degree in Computer Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering / Computer Science or related field. * Experience: \+3 years in software development, preferably in logistics or production/process automation. * Languages: Native Spanish, fluent English (B2 level). * Experience in software design and development using Java 17. * Solid knowledge of scalable, modular architecture (SOLID principles) and object-oriented programming (OOP). * Familiarity with technologies such as Entity Framework, WPF, WCF, Workflows, Unity, and Multithreading. * Experience with relational databases (Oracle). * Use of development tools such as Visual Studio 2019 and project management platforms like Team Foundation Server / DevOps. * Agile methodology (SCRUM). **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract through Oxigent. * Salary commensurate with experience: **up to €38,000 \+ bonuses.** * Hybrid work model **(4 days remote)** * Flexible working hours. * Training voucher to develop professionally in the areas most relevant to you. * Private health insurance. * Flexible compensation applicable to health insurance, meals, transportation, childcare, and training. * Access to gyms and sports activities across Spain with discounts. * And many other benefits! **Join the Oxigent team!
