Nestlé Global Services Spain is part of the Nestlé Group and provides specialized international services in areas such as information technology, cybersecurity, engineering, finance, human resources, and digital transformation. The company drives global projects that foster innovation, continuous improvement, and the development of technological solutions to support the Group’s various business units.
The internship will be carried out within the **IT Security \& Compliance – Business Continuity Management (BCM)** department, which is responsible for promoting business continuity by defining, implementing, and improving processes, tools, and content that contribute to ensuring the resilience of the organization’s technology services.
Training project
**Nestlé Global BCM Learning Paths Content Enhancements**
The intern will have the opportunity to understand how a global **Business Continuity Management (BCM)** system operates, learning fundamental business continuity and disaster recovery principles, as well as managing training content within a corporate learning platform.
Training objectives
During the internship, students will be able to:
* Understand the fundamental concepts of **Business Continuity Management (BCM)** and **Disaster Recovery**.
* Learn how corporate training and knowledge management platforms operate.
* Understand the process of curating and enhancing training content.
* Develop competencies in analyzing, organizing, and updating technical documentation.
* Become familiar with collaboration methodologies among international information technology teams.
* Strengthen analytical, planning, communication, and continuous improvement skills.
Training activities
Under the mentor’s guidance, the intern will participate in learning activities such as:
* Learning the curation and organization process for training content related to Business Continuity Management.
* Analyzing existing learning paths to identify improvement opportunities relative to the global BCM system.
* Collaborating with various Information Technology teams to understand content update and enhancement processes.
* Participating in the review and updating of user guides and supporting documentation.
* Becoming familiar with the tools and procedures used for knowledge management in an international technology environment.
* Learning business continuity best practices applied to corporate technology services.
Mentoring and follow-up
The internship will be supported by a specialized mentor from the Business Continuity Management area, who will provide continuous follow-up through:
* Defining learning objectives at the start of the internship.
* Periodic mentoring sessions to review progress on the training project.
* Ongoing feedback focused on developing technical and transversal competencies.
* Support in acquiring knowledge about business continuity and document management.
* Final evaluation of achieved learning outcomes.
