Job Summary: This position is responsible for comprehensively managing all tasks within the procurement department, aiming for maximum efficiency and optimal resource utilization. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous improvement of procurement and alignment with operational objectives This position is responsible for comprehensively managing all procurement department tasks in Barcelona, consistently pursuing maximum efficiency and optimal use of available resources. Day-to-day responsibilities involve establishing organized processes to enable departmental growth, ensuring each operation is profitable and compliant with industry regulations. This role spans from annual planning to final execution of each purchase order, maintaining rigorous control over workflow. The role requires constant coordination with various teams and both domestic and international suppliers. Periodic evaluation of collaborators, negotiation of complex agreements, and identification of new supply sources are essential. The job demands continuous analysis of performance indicators and implementation of digital tools to modernize and facilitate contract tracking. The contract is permanent and full-time. The ability to resolve logistical incidents, manage product traceability, and technically validate received proposals is highly valued. This profile must focus on continuous procurement improvement, ensuring all decisions remain consistently aligned with overall operational objectives. Graduate in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience performing similar duties. Proficiency in SAP and Excel. English proficiency level B2\.
