We are looking for a Senior React Developer to lead the planning, coordination, and tracking of the company’s internal technology projects. The candidate will join the team to manage software development projects, serving as the bridge between technical teams and various internal departments. **Responsibilities** * Develop robust interfaces using **JavaScript/TypeScript** and **React 18 or latest versions**, applying advanced patterns. * Design and evolve the **frontend architecture** (Redux, Zustand, Context API). * Lead technical decisions regarding **componentization, global state management, performance, caching, and rendering**. * Collaborate closely with UX/UI to ensure **consistency, accessibility (A11y)**, and visual scalability. * Define quality standards: **linting, formatting, testing, frontend-oriented CI/CD**. * Participate in code reviews focused on **architecture, maintainability, and technical debt**. * Optimize applications for **load times**. * Contribute to the evolution of the **design system** and its integration across the product ecosystem. * Guide mid/junior-level profiles and provide technical vision during planning (acting as a reference for a team of approximately 3\-5 juniors). * Participate in strategic frontend area planning and coordinate with other teams (backend, QA, product, design). REQUIREMENTS **Technical Requirements** * Expert-level proficiency in **JavaScript (ES2020\+)** and **TypeScript**. * In-depth knowledge of **HTML5**, **CSS3**, and the **rendering pipeline**. * Solid experience with **React 18 or later versions** and its ecosystem: * Advanced Hooks * Context API * Suspense / Concurrent features * Server Components (if applicable) * Familiarity with modern state managers such as **Redux Toolkit**, **Zustand**, **Recoil**, etc. * Design of modular applications based on: * **Clean Architecture** * **Hexagonal architecture adapted to frontend** * **Microfrontends** (optional but valued) * **Design patterns** (Observer, Factory, Strategy, Adapter, etc.) * Frameworks such as **Next.js** (highly valued). * Contribution to or usage of **design systems** and **Storybook**. * Knowledge of testing strategies: unit, integration, contract testing. **Additional Assets** * English level B2. * Knowledge of **Node.js** for tooling, SSR, or microservices. * Familiarity with **CI/CD** pipelines oriented toward frontend (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI). * Experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) for frontend deployments. * Experience with **Geographic Information Systems (GIS).**
