The Position Global management of projects related to the installation, support, and maintenance of integrated software for Oral Anticoagulant Treatment (and other POC products). The computerized device enables decentralized comprehensive management of patients undergoing oral anticoagulant treatment, thanks to an agile and flexible web application (and other POC products such as CGM and NaPOC Operations). It also facilitates integration of information with other systems within the Healthcare Area through the use of communication standards. **Responsibilities:** * Management of installations and updates. * Training of end-users. * Customer support for incidents, inquiries, new projects, etc. * Document management for projects and installations. * Management of instrument connections. * Support for the sales network. **Required Profile:** * Technical or higher degree in Computer Systems Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering. * Intermediate level of English. * Basic technical knowledge of databases (DBMS). * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. * Good communication skills. * Willingness to travel (occasionally). **Desired Profile:** * Technical database knowledge (SQL, MySQL, Oracle). * Knowledge of HL7 messaging and Mirth integration engine. * Familiarity with ticketing tools.
