If you are motivated by working on impactful projects, growing professionally, and contributing value through your experience, this is the right place for you. **Your Mission**, as a **Senior Java Developer**, will be to **design and develop scalable cloud-based microservices**, ensuring deployment efficiency and technical quality of cloud solutions for our international clients. **What You’ll Do Daily?** * Advanced **backend development** using Java 11/17 and Spring Boot. * **Container design and management** with Docker and orchestration in Kubernetes clusters (AKS). * **Configuration and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines** to automate the software lifecycle. * **Implementation of solutions on Azure**, leveraging native services to optimize architecture. * **Collaboration in agile environments (Scrum)** and participation in code reviews following Clean Code standards. **Requirements** \* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 4 years of professional backend development experience with Java. * **Technical Skills:** Java (Spring Boot), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Azure DevOps/Jenkins), and Azure Cloud services. * **Languages:** English at B2 level or higher (fluency required for international environments). * **Other Requirements:** Experience with microservice architectures and SQL/NoSQL databases. **Highly Valued** \* Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), e.g., Terraform. * Official Microsoft Azure certifications (Developer or DevOps Engineer). * **Soft Skills:** Analytical ability, proactivity, and teamwork. **What We Offer?** \* Stable / innovative / international project aligned with your experience. * Permanent contract. * Work modality: Hybrid, depending on the project. * Flexible working hours. * 3 C’s Recognition Program (Commitment, Communication, Customer Orientation), including monetary incentives for winning participants. * Career development plan and continuous training.
