Educational level: UNIVERSITY DEGREE Qualifications: INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION AND ELECTRONICS ENGINEER Computer skills: ADVANCED CAD TOOLS Languages: ADVANCED ENGLISH; ADVANCED SPANISH Contract type: INDEFINITE-TERM EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT \- Design and development of stamping, bending, and cutting tools, with special focus on high-speed progressive dies. \- Preparation of 2D and 3D technical documentation for manufacturing, assembly, and validation. \- Technical feasibility analysis of parts, including material behavior and forming limitations. \- Monitoring of tool manufacturing, assembly, testing, and industrialization, ensuring achievement of performance targets. \- Leadership and support in troubleshooting and resolving tool-related issues during amortization and mass production. \- Promoting and implementing technical improvements to extend die service life, enhance robustness, improve OEE, and increase cost efficiency. \- Collaboration with suppliers (design reviews, technical discussions, negotiations) and ensuring alignment with specifications. \- Coordination with other plants to share best practices and support industrialization projects. * 48 months of experience.
