At Elis, we seek to hire a **Production Assistant**, responsible for providing all human and material resources needed to foster teamwork and customer satisfaction. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards, and promote participatory development. * Lead the operational team in your area, organizing tasks, shift management, and priorities. * Identify operational incidents and resolve them swiftly to minimize production impact. * Seek new ideas to solve plant issues (team organization, coordination with the maintenance department) and participate in continuous improvement and innovation as part of a team. * Serve as the liaison with commercial distribution, attentively listening to feedback from our customers. * Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, lead, and manage your teams. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial environments, in a similar position coordinating teams. Experience in process-based management, lean manufacturing, project management, or similar is required. * Experience in an industrial or multinational setting. * Solid Excel skills.
