### **Job Title** Process Engineer### **Job Description** **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze the operational behavior of systems and processes, identifying deviations, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. * Prepare technical and operational reports based on data, alarms, logs, performance indicators, and operational events. * Participate in tracking significant incidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and other technical stakeholders. * Define, document, and monitor improvements to processes, procedures, and control tools. * Analyze quality, availability, capacity, and process time indicators. * Provide support during the implementation of new functionalities, system modifications, or operational changes. * Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and progress reports for internal meetings or client meetings. * Contribute to the standardization of analysis criteria, reporting, and continuous improvement. **Required Profile:** We seek a candidate with analytical capability, results orientation, and operational awareness, capable of combining data analysis with a practical understanding of how systems actually operate. The following will be especially valued: * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Aeronautics, or a related field. * Ability to interpret technical data, alarms, logs, system events, and operational indicators. * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. * Knowledge of databases, SQL, Power BI, Python, or other information exploitation tools. * Orientation toward continuous improvement and root cause analysis. * Ability to coordinate with various technical and operational teams. * English language proficiency at B2 level.
