




Job Summary: A young person will join the department for managing development cooperation projects, developing competencies across the project cycle and receiving comprehensive training. An NGO dedicated to development cooperation and humanitarian aid projects, located in the city of Barcelona, seeks 1 Development Cooperation Technician\- MANDATORY: A young person under 30 years of age, registered in the National Youth Guarantee System Register. Must be registered with SOC as a jobseeker. Must hold a university degree or officially recognized equivalent degree in the field of social sciences (political science, sociology, anthropology, international relations, development cooperation or similar), completed no more than 3 years ago (or 5 years if contracted with a person with a disability). Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. Microsoft Office suite. Preferred qualifications: Training in development cooperation, humanitarian action or related fields. Knowledge of foreign languages is valued: English, French, Portuguese. RESPONSIBILITIES: The trainee will join the department for managing development cooperation projects and develop competencies for managing the project cycle. They will receive training and mentoring throughout the management cycle of a development cooperation project: identification, formulation, technical and financial monitoring, evaluation. Training in grant management. Training in communication for global citizenship. Training on gender and human rights approaches. CONDITIONS: Training employment contract for professional practice (12 months). Full-time position. On-site modality. Working hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Gross monthly salary: €1,682.40 (14 payments).
