Project analysis and preparation of detailed budgets A leading building engineering firm in the Vallès Occidental region, currently undergoing business expansion and consolidation, is looking for a TECHNICAL STUDIES ENGINEER focused on construction companies for preparing technical and economic budgets. Mission: To support the preparation of technical and economic project documentation for building projects related to tenders and bidding processes, ensuring cost and timeline optimization. Main Responsibilities: Review and analysis of technical projects. Performing detailed measurements from drawings (Presto/AutoCAD). Preparation of budgets and itemized price tables. Requesting and comparing subcontractor and supplier quotations. Reviewing tender specifications and applicable regulations. * Experience: 2 years. 0–3 years of experience in a studies department (or internships). * DIPLOMA OR TECHNICAL ENGINEERING DEGREE * Competencies / Knowledge: Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. Proficiency in Presto (mandatory), AutoCAD, and advanced Excel. Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2000' to '2500' * Additional relevant information: Estimated salary: 25\.000 € \- 30\.000 € gross/year (depending on qualifications).
