#### **What you will do** * Monitoring and reporting of KPIs, ensuring projects remain on track and tasks are completed on time. * Monitoring the implementation timelines of different innovation projects and managing deadlines with the respective teams. * Monitoring and providing detailed status reports to the PIM (Project Implementation Manager) on final artworks and the article creation workflow (WF). * Supporting the request, management, and follow\-up of obsolete materials/products after promotional projects. * Participating in project implementation meetings with different teams and reviewing meeting minutes. * Updating HINT (project management tool) with the different tasks required for the launch of an innovation. #### **What makes you a good profile** * 12\-month internship, full\-time schedule of 8 hours per day (minimum 6 hours per day) * Start: September/October 2026 * Interest in Operations and Project Management * Fluent level of English * Strong teamwork skills * Problem\-solving abilities * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute * Flexibility and strong communication skills * Good command of MS Excel and BI tools At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
