Lead interviews and workshops with diverse stakeholders **Job description** ------------------- We are looking for a Business Data Analyst with a strong data\-driven mindset, able to bridge business and IT and translate requirements into process and data improvements. You will be part of a **4 month** international project focus on multicountry PeopleSoft ERP rollout (France, Belgium, UK, US, Canada, Italy, Spain), ensuring data quality, governance and consistency across regions. Responsibilities * Gather and analyze business \& data requirements * Lead interviews and workshops with stakeholders (business, IT, partners) * Drive data governance, quality and integration * Document data flows, processes and functional specs * Provide insights on risks, data quality and improvements * Act as a bridge between business and technical teams **Job requirements** -------------------- ️ Requirements * 5\+ years as Business/Data Analyst * Strong data modeling (conceptual) and analytical skills * Experience conducting interviews/workshops * Ability to structure and simplify complex information * Experience in data\-driven environments (MDM is a plus) * Strong stakeholder management \& communication skills * Fluent English (French is a plus). * Nice to have * Experience with PeopleSoft ERP * BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) We’re looking for someone who can understand the business deeply and translate it into data\-driven solutions across a global environment.
