We are seeking a digital content creator for communication. You will join the joint administrative-technical office of Dones en Xarxa and Iniciativa Barcelona Open Data. Iniciativa Barcelona Open Data is an association founded to promote and use open data. Dones en Xarxa is a feminist organization dedicated to promoting and defending women's rights in the digital sphere. \- Creation of content, audiovisual materials, and social media assets. \- Development of calls for participation and communication plans linked to events or projects for clients. \- Newsletters and corporate/marking communication content for clients. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior professional experience is not mandatory, provided the candidate has specific training and can demonstrate practical experience, academic projects, or work related to communication and digital content creation. Submission of a portfolio or examples of created content is highly valued. * Bachelor’s degree in Journalism * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * English (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: – Experience or knowledge in social media management, audiovisual content creation, image and video editing, newsletters, and web content management systems. – Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, WordPress, Mailchimp, or similar. – Strong writing, synthesis, and content adaptation skills tailored to different channels and audiences. – Basic knowledge of editorial planning, SEO, and digital metrics analysis. – Creativity, visual judgment, initiative, organization, autonomy, and ability to work collaboratively. – Interest in social, feminist, technological, and open-data-related projects is highly valued. Preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism / Audiovisual Communication / University Master’s in Design and Communication, or equivalent studies focused on audiovisual content creation; or final-year students completing internships. Required languages: Catalan and Spanish. Proactive individual eager to learn, capable of multitasking, autonomous, organized, flexible, and able to work effectively in a team.
