We are currently seeking a **Product Engineer Trainee**, who will support the **Product Engineering** team within the Manufacturing department at our offices in **Sils**.
**What will be your key responsibilities?**
* Provide technical support to customers (Customer Service/After-sales), resolving technical questions related to products.
* Edit images—including reference dimensions—for technical documentation and commercial presentations.
* Input product technical attributes to ensure correct publication on the corporate website.
* Manage material samples, ensuring their availability and proper tracking for internal and external customers.
* Coordinate and supervise product packaging, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
* Implement and monitor corrective actions for low-complexity products, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements and specific knowledge expected from the intern**
* Currently pursuing a degree in **Industrial Engineering**, **Design Engineering**, or a related field (possibility to sign a training agreement).
* Analytical mindset with a proactive attitude and eagerness to join a dynamic team.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
* Good command of English and Spanish; proficiency in additional languages is highly valued.
* Knowledge of SolidWorks.
* Commitment and enthusiasm to join a highly dynamic and continuously evolving company.
**Training the intern will receive during the internship**
* Apply academic knowledge to real-world projects within an international corporate environment—bridging theory and practice.
* Collaborate with professionals across different departments, developing technical competencies, teamwork, and communication skills.
* Participate in product development tasks—including design, 3D modeling, technical drawings, prototyping, and technical documentation—using tools such as SolidWorks.
* Become familiar with work methodologies such as Lean or Agile, and with the full product development process.
* Develop organizational, prioritization, and adaptability skills in a multidisciplinary professional environment.
