We are looking to hire a First-Class Mechanic specialized in electronic diagnostics for our multi-brand workshop located in Poblenou. **Your mission will be:** To repair and ensure the quality of vehicles belonging to our members and customers, guaranteeing RACC standards in every intervention. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Diagnosing and locating faults in vehicles. * Repairing vehicle electronic systems (sensors, control units, etc.). * Working on engines, gasoline and diesel injection, clutches, and gearboxes. * Repairing exhaust, air conditioning, starting, braking, and suspension systems. * Performing tire mounting, balancing, and alignment. * Carrying out periodic maintenance (oil, filters, fluids, pre-ITV). **What You Need to Launch Your Career at RACC** * Vocational training (CFGM) in Mechanics, Automotive Technology, or similar. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a First-Class Mechanic in a workshop. * Experience in electronic diagnostics and self-diagnostic systems. * Knowledge of multi-brand and/or official workshops (both are valued). * Autonomous, solution-oriented, organized profile with openness to change. * Teamwork ability and strong interpersonal skills. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract * Monday to Friday working hours with flexible schedule: You may start between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and finish between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. * Competitive salary \+ annual variable bonus of 10% based on production. * Continuous internal and external training. * Professional development in a stable and sector-leading environment.
