Description

An indefinite-term position as a Social Educator is offered at a Residential Educational Intervention Center (CRAE), with immediate start. Carry out socioeducational intervention with children, girls, and adolescents in the daily life of the CRAE. Conduct shared tutoring of assigned children, girls, and adolescents. Jointly develop Individualized Educational Projects (PEI) and Technical and Socioeducational Follow-up Reports (ITSE). Draft educational diaries and follow-up reports. Coordinate with various professionals and services involved in the intervention (EAIA, educational centers, health services, and other network resources). Participate in team meetings and in the planning and evaluation of the educational intervention. Support the personal, social, and emotional development of children, girls, and adolescents, promoting their autonomy and integration. Ensure compliance with the center’s regulations and contribute to creating a safe, educational, and cohabitative environment. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience as a Social Educator—especially in Residential Educational Intervention Centers (CRAE), child protection shelters, or youth protection services—will be valued. Experience in socioeducational intervention with children, girls, and adolescents in situations of vulnerability or social risk will also be considered, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with other professionals and network resources. * Bachelor's degree in Social Education * Competencies / Knowledge: Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate interdisciplinary efforts. Capacity for teamwork, involvement, and commitment to supporting and accompanying children, girls, and adolescents under protection. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1867' to '1900' * Other relevant information: The weekly schedule is 38 hours, distributed across morning, afternoon, and midday shifts. Depending on the monthly schedule, it will be necessary to work zero, one, two, or three weekends per month.
