Job Summary: We are seeking an Interior Designer to lead creative conceptualization and interior design project development within the hospitality sector, managing the entire process from concept to execution. Our primary focus is the **hospitality sector**, supporting clients throughout the entire process—from initial concept to final project execution. **Job Responsibilities: Interior Designer (Barcelona)** * Creative conceptualization and development of interior design projects specialized in hospitality. * Preparation of technical drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations) and construction details. * Creation of high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for client presentations. * Selection of materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes (quality specifications). * Technical coordination with suppliers and site visits to ensure design fidelity. * Management of technical documentation required for obtaining permits and licenses. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 1\-2 years of proven experience in interior design or architecture; prior experience in hospitality or retail projects is highly preferred. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related disciplines. * **Languages:** Spanish proficiency at B2 level or higher; **native-level Mandarin Chinese** (mandatory for communication with clients/stakeholders). * **Software:** Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino, or 3ds Max), and rendering engines (V\-Ray, Enscape, Corona Render, or Lumion).
