Job Summary: This position involves daily management of tasks on the extrusion line, ensuring continuous production, monitoring of parameters, and quality control of the final product. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily online management of extrusion line 2. Monitoring and adjustment of machine parameters 3. Quality control and packaging of final product The job entails managing daily tasks on the extrusion line within an industrial plant in Castellar del Vallès. The primary function is to continuously feed machinery to prevent production stoppages. You will also be responsible for monitoring machine parameters and adjusting controls to ensure proper operation and compliance with specifications. Periodic quality checks must be performed on the final product, segregating or correcting any items that fail to meet standards. Additionally, final packaging must be carried out in an orderly and secure manner for storage. The contract is full-time with rotating shifts. Adherence to safety protocols and maintaining effective communication with colleagues are required to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Immediate and full availability for working hours. Ability to work rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night. Prior experience of at least one year in industrial extrusion environments is preferred. A personal vehicle is required for commuting to the workplace. A proactive attitude, responsibility in machinery handling, and ability to follow precise production instructions are essential.
