The candidate must ensure compliance with wind energy industry standards, particularly the AIAG-VDA FMEA guidelines. Our client is a major multinational company in the wind energy sector. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory (minimum C1 level equivalent). Possibility of up to 100% remote work. Occasional travel availability will be viewed favorably. What responsibilities will you have? * Conduct detailed FMEA studies for new and existing processes, supported by key stakeholders involved in wind turbine installation processes. * Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to integrate preventive measures. * Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., AIAG-VDA FMEA guidelines). * Maintain accurate FMEA documentation throughout the product lifecycle. * Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders for decision-making purposes. * Work closely with engineering teams to implement corrective actions. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned.
