At **Sener**, due to the growing number of projects across our various Business Units, we are seeking to incorporate an **IT Systems Engineer** into our IT Infrastructure team—someone with extensive experience in Microsoft environments—to support and evolve our corporate platforms, as well as design and deploy new technological services within a hybrid and multinational context. **Key responsibilities include:** * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration: identity management with Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, security, and governance. * Experience with Microsoft licensing, subscription models, and cost optimization. * Experience with SharePoint Online: architecture, permissions, workflows, and best practices. * Knowledge of the Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse. * Knowledge of SQL Server: administration and integration within the Microsoft ecosystem. * Technical leadership capability and experience managing and coordinating vendors. * Familiarity with Azure Landing Zone, including experience optimizing cloud costs and performance. * Skills in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation. * Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices. * Minimum of 7 years’ experience in similar IT Systems roles. **What profile are we looking for?** We seek candidates with at least 7 years’ experience in comparable positions, bringing proven knowledge and hands-on expertise. A high level of English is essential, as many of our projects have an international scope. A Bachelor’s degree related to Information Systems is required. Strong understanding of software licensing and administration.
