We are looking to hire a **Tech Lead Backend** who will serve as the technical reference within the team, responsible for architecture definition, service security, and alignment of cloud solutions with legacy environments. This role will play a key part in technical decision-making, API design, and integration between cloud and Mainframe systems, ensuring quality, security, and maintainability standards. REQUIREMENTS ### **Technical Requirements** **Mandatory** * More than 6 years of backend development experience. * Advanced proficiency in **Node.js** and **TypeScript**. * Solid experience in defining **backend architectures** and design patterns. * Ability to configure and maintain **CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins**. * Experience in **orchestration and deployment on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**. * Implementation of security mechanisms based on **OAuth2 and JWT**. * Design, documentation, and governance of **REST APIs** following best practices. * Vision and experience in **integrating cloud solutions with Mainframe systems**. * Technical leadership and decision-making capability. **Desirable** * Prior experience as a technical reference or Tech Lead in backend teams. * Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and incident management in cloud environments. * Experience in regulated or highly critical environments.
