Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role: ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead efforts in modernizing legacy systems and integrating advanced technologies, including cloud services. * Focus on maximizing delivery and application performance, enabling the team to achieve milestones efficiently. * Ensure that new tech stacks contribute positively, either through improved performance or by advancing business objectives. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and technical excellence. * Document and communicate infrastructure and design decisions clearly to both business and technical stakeholders. ### **Must\-have Skills** * 4\+ years of iOS native mobile development experience. * Hands\-on experience with **Swift** and **SwiftUI**. * Familiarity with **data structures, system design, and design patterns**. * Experience in **API design, MVVM, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps**. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross\-functional environments. ### **Nice\-to\-have** * **AI Tooling Proficiency**: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day\-to\-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
