Technical study of projects; preparation and interpretation of drawings. Measurements, calculations, and preparation of budgets. Layout, planning, and monitoring of construction works. Coordination and supervision of installation teams. Economic control of works, costs, and certifications. Control and receipt of materials. Monitoring of quality, safety, and execution deadlines. Coordination among the technical office, production, and site operations. Site visits and monitoring of ongoing projects. * Minimum 2 years of experience. At least 2 years of experience in project management, supervision, or direction of construction works. Experience in technical offices—such as preparation and interpretation of technical drawings, measurements, budgeting, layout, and cost control—will be highly valued. * Degree in Technical Architecture and Building Construction * Competencies / Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD. Ability to interpret and prepare technical drawings. Measurements and budgeting. Layout. Project management and supervision. Cost and certification control. Coordination of installation teams. Knowledge of construction methods and ventilated façades. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
