We are seeking a production operator to join our workshop team. What is the objective of your role? To ensure the correct assembly and preparation of custom wooden packaging, in accordance with technical specifications and established quality standards, thereby guaranteeing efficiency, safety, and order in daily workshop operations. Requirements * Preferred qualifications: What do we value? + Experience operating forklift trucks. * Required responsibilities: \- Preparation of materials, tools, and components necessary for production. + Assembly and manufacturing of wooden packaging according to blueprints and production orders. + Use of hand and power tools for cutting, assembling, and finishing wooden parts. + Quality control of finished products, including verification of measurements and finishes. + Identification and reporting of production or quality issues. + Maintenance of workplace order, cleanliness, and safety. * Essential requirements: \- Proactive, responsible, and autonomous individual. Ability to learn and adapt to diverse tasks with initiative. + Minimum two years’ experience performing tasks similar to those described. + Native-level proficiency in Catalan and/or Spanish. + Valid driving license type B1 and personal vehicle. + Residence in La Garrotxa or surrounding area. * Additional requirements: What do we offer? + Stable position in an established company undergoing growth. + Annual gross salary range of €21,000–€24,000, depending on experience and candidate’s value. + Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, afternoon shift from 13:45 to 22:00\. + Initial training and ongoing support. + Friendly and collaborative work environment.
