After this period, the schedule will consist of rotating work shifts. * The opportunity to join a new and innovative **PROJECT**, **PIONEERING IN SPAIN**, collaborating with a committed and highly talented team—ensuring continuous learning and no monotony. * If you have always wanted to work for an organization with a positive societal impact focused on sustainability, you can dedicate your talent and energy to developing **INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS** that help improve our planet and feed more people with healthy ingredients. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform **PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE** tasks in the following areas: **MECHANICS** * Mechanical maintenance of equipment such as mixers, reactors, mills, dryers, and pneumatic conveyors. * Replacement of bearings, pumps, motors, seals, mechanical seals, belts, chains, and couplings. * Mechanical adjustments and industrial lubrication. * Operation and maintenance of the boiler room, compressed air room (compressors, air dryers, and filters), and PCI pumping units. * Support for operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant. **ELECTRICITY:** * Diagnostics of three-phase motors, sensors, and frequency inverters. * Reading of electrical schematics. * Support for low-voltage electrical panels. * Monitoring and adjustment of machine parameters during production according to manufacturers' manual specifications. **AUTOMATION** (support) * Interaction with PLCs and HMIs. * Reading alarms and replacing components. REQUIREMENTS * **Vocational Training (FP) at Intermediate or Advanced Level in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or Mechatronics.** * **Senior profile with autonomy** in the role. More than **5 years’ experience** as an electromechanical technician. * Solid mechanical and electrical foundation in industrial environments within the **food or chemical sector.** * Availability to perform **on-call duties.** * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Residence in the Curtis area or nearby. * Possession of an Industrial Boiler Operator Certificate (issued by the Xunta de Galicia) is desirable. * Basic PLC programming knowledge and water treatment (EDARI) expertise will be valued. * Willingness to adapt to the required rotating shift schedule.
