Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise daily productive activities to ensure achievement of manufacturing objectives and optimize internal processes. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize processes and prevent bottlenecks In this position located in Langreo, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily productive activity pace to ensure smooth operations. Your role will be critical in ensuring that manufacturing objectives are met according to established standards, maintaining a consistent and efficient workflow across all stages of the industrial process. Performing this role, which offers an indefinite full-time contract, requires detailed control over material resources and data-driven decision-making. You will analyze plant processes daily to identify any deviations and implement immediate corrections. Additionally, you will maintain constant communication with production and logistics teams to align shipments with product availability, optimizing internal processes and preventing any bottlenecks in the supply chain. Technical or University Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Operations, or related fields). Minimum 2 years of experience in planning roles within industrial environments or production workshops. Solid knowledge of stock management and planning tools.
