We are seeking an IT technician to provide helpdesk support at a company located in Ciutadella de Menorca. Responsibilities include providing on-site technical support to users at their homes, installing software, and performing equipment maintenance. Incidents are also addressed both in person and remotely, using ITSM tools for management. The selected candidate will work directly with users in corporate environments and carry out other duties inherent to the position. The contract is full-time, with 40 weekly hours from Monday to Friday on the morning shift, from 08:00 to 16:00, including breaks established by law. * Minimum required experience: 3 months of practical training in on-site technical support and software installation. * We seek a proactive individual with customer service skills. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. \- * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
