We are looking for a passionate **Event Coordinator**, committed to creating exceptional experiences, to join our team in Menorca. This role is pivotal in ensuring the flawless planning, coordination, and execution of events across our island properties, upholding the highest quality and service standards synonymous with Vestige Collection. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Define and implement the events department strategy, aligned with brand values and each property’s objectives. * End-to-end event management: from initial client contact through to on-site presence at contracted events (weddings, groups, incentives, meetings) to ensure smooth execution. * Client acquisition, advisory support, and retention — both domestic and international. * Preparation, presentation, and closing of commercial proposals and contracts. * Design and planning of events across all phases: venue layout, gastronomy, décor, timing, and guest experience, among others. * Direct coordination with other hotel departments to ensure flawless execution. * Supervision and coordination of external vendors (florists, AV providers, musicians, technical production, etc.). * On-site leadership and presence during events, ensuring quality control and prompt resolution of incidents. * Budget management, invoicing, and performance reporting. * Post-event client follow-up and proposal of improvement initiatives. * Representation of the hotel at commercial visits, industry events, and networking activities. **What do we offer?** A purpose-driven project * The opportunity to join a soulful hospitality project that rescues heritage and creates unique guest experiences. * The chance to work in our luxury boutique hotels, located in Menorca’s privileged natural environment. Or, if you know someone who might be interested, feel free to share this opportunity. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** * University degree in Tourism, Protocol, Event Management, or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in event coordination or a similar role; experience in 5\*-rated hotels or luxury properties is highly valued. * Advanced Spanish and English (C1\); additional languages are an asset. * Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest satisfaction platforms, as well as quality and service standards typical of the luxury sector. * Excellent commercial and communication skills. * Strong organizational ability, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel between properties. * Flexibility and availability to work varied hours.
