Workplace for a Judicial Assistant (AJ) in the judicial district of MANRESA. This is a temporary contract to cover a SUBSTITUTION, of indefinite duration, with a maximum of 3 years. Belonging to the general body of judicial assistants, under the principle of hierarchy and according to the provisions established in the job position regulations, all tasks of an auxiliary nature within the activities of judicial bodies are assigned. Among other duties, these include: a) Carrying out acts of communication consisting of notifications, summonses, time-limited citations, and requests, as provided by procedural laws. For this purpose, the position holds certification capacity and is provided with the necessary credentials. b) As an agent of authority, executing seizures, evictions, and other actions requiring such status, with the standing and representation granted by law. c) Acting as a judicial police officer as an agent of authority, without prejudice to the responsibilities of security forces and bodies regarding crime investigation and detection and apprehension of offenders. d) Performing archival duties for judicial proceedings and files, under the supervision of the judicial secretary. e) Ensuring proper conditions for hearing rooms and maintaining order therein. f) Verifying that the technical equipment required for judicial proceedings is operational, requesting, if necessary, the presence of the appropriate technical services to ensure proper functioning of the mentioned devices, and reporting any anomalies detected to the judicial secretary that could prevent the holding of procedural acts. g) Fulfilling the responsibilities assigned to this body in the job position regulations of the judicial office, according to the manner and conditions established therein. h) The possibility of occupying positions in administrative units, provided the required qualifications and knowledge specified in the job position regulations are met. i) Performing all functions legally or regulationally established, as well as any other analogous functions to those listed above, which, being inherent to the position held, are assigned by hierarchical, organizational, or functional superiors within the exercise of their competencies. Among these functions is assistance in administrative management, personnel management, and material resources management of the judicial office unit or justice office in the municipality where services are rendered, provided these functions are expressly established in the job description defined in the job position regulations. * Experience: 1 month.
