We seek to incorporate into our team an **IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR (IT Support and Web Environment)**, primarily oriented toward systems administration and possessing technical expertise enabling them to perform occasional development or modifications in web environments or internal tools, as well as propose improvements and automate processes. We are looking for a proactive, solution-oriented individual with initiative, strong learning ability, and experience working in a dynamic environment. **Required Skills:** \- Administration of WINDOWS and LINUX systems. \- Networking. \- Installation of software and hardware (computers, networks, and printers). \- Technical user support (internal users and customers). \- MySQL / SQL databases. \- Apache, Nginx. \- Microsoft Office suite. \- Basic development knowledge (PHP or other languages) for technical modifications. \- Knowledge of web environments (WordPress, PrestaShop, or other CMS). **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Azure knowledge. \- Ability to automate tasks using scripts or internal tools. \- Interest in emerging technologies, especially automation and AI tools applied to daily operations. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Help desk support for internal and external users. \- Technical customer support (via email, phone, and remote access). \- Administration and optimization of Windows and Linux servers. \- Network management. \- Installation and configuration of computers, software, and printers. \- Management and support of web environments (WordPress, PrestaShop, etc.). \- Implementation of technical adjustments and improvements to websites. \- Database management. \- Equipment maintenance. \- Backup management. \- Implementation of basic security measures on servers and web environments. \- Automation of tasks and process improvement using scripts or internal tools.
